Dominguez Chiropractic is looking for dependable, goal-oriented people, to join our corporate team!
The billing department is one of the most essential departments in the company. Because we are a larger company, with 9 different locations and a high patient volume, we learned a long time ago the importance of creating systems and organizing departments. Unlike other personal injury chiropractors, our records/billing team doesn't interact with our day-to-day patients and operations, they solely focus on the medical records of patients that are done with treatment. If you are someone that enjoys working on a computer, would enjoy your own cubicle, and friendly environment - this could be for you!
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8 am to 5 pm
- includes 1-hour break
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient records
- Follow up on pending cases
- Read doctor and treatment notes
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Bilingual is a plus but not necessary
Experience is not a must as we will provide training.
