We’re hiring motivated individuals to join our Customer Sales Team in Irving, TX for an exciting on-site, office-based sales role. As a Customer Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in helping customers and local businesses find the best solutions in wireless, streaming, and home services. In this role, you will work both on-site at our office and on one of our designated retail partner locations, helping customers discover the right products and services through personalized in-store consultations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person consultations with individuals and businesses to identify their needs
- Present personalized product and service recommendations based on customer goals
- Work both from our Fort Worth office and designated retail locations to support outreach and brand visibility
- Provide accurate, engaging information about service offerings to help customers make informed decisions
- Enter customer data, new service orders, and updates into internal tracking systems
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Support local community engagement and promotional campaigns
- Represent the company in a professional, helpful, and knowledgeable manner at all times
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to travel between Irving office (reliable transportation required)
- Comfortable communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Positive, coachable, and solutions-focused attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic team player
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is helpful but not required
