Job Duties
- Work directly in conjunction with the Fiscal Coordinator and the Chief Financial Officer.
- Responsible for accurate and expedient invoicing as it relates to specific projects.
- High degree of organizational, mathematics, and invoicing skills, including knowledge of how to process financial reporting.
- Must be willing to work in a team setting, and not afraid to ask for assistance.
- Work alongside department leaders and team members to accurately record all accounts payable invoicing.
- Other duties as necessary may be assigned once familiarity is established.

Skills, Abilities, Education, Qualifications, and Experience
- A. or B.S. in related field, or equivalent work experience – this position will consider students in their second year and beyond in a related field
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Accounting or bookkeeping background
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Collaborate with peers and other departments within the agency
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient computer, Internet, and email skills
Preferred Skills, Abilities, Education, Qualifications, and Experience
- Intermediate or higher experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently
Clearances, Licenses, and Physical Requirements
- Final determination of suitability for employment will be contingent upon a successful:
Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint processed in accordance with Public Law 92-522 and the Child Protective Services Law (Title 23, Pa C.S. Chapter 63), Federal Criminal History Background Check.
Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance.
