Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented AIP Case Manager to provide administrative support and participant coordination for our Abuse Intervention Program (AIP). This is a non-clinical role focused on case tracking, referral communications, follow-up coordination, and program compliance support. The ideal candidate is professional, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with diverse populations in a trauma-informed environment.
This position is part-time (20–25 hours/week) and is ideal for an MSW graduate seeking flexible, meaningful work—or a bachelor’s-level professional with strong case management and administrative experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule intake assessments, orientations, and follow-up sessions with program participants
- Track attendance and follow up with participants who miss sessions
- Draft and send participant correspondence including:
- Non-compliance letters
- Completion and discharge letters
- Payment reminder letters
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs
- Input and maintain client referral, intake, and progress information in two case management systems
- Ensure all data entry is accurate, timely, and audit-ready
- Compile documentation for grant reporting, audits, and internal compliance reviews
- Troubleshoot and learn software systems with training (computer literacy required)
- Serve as liaison between AIP and referring agencies (e.g., courts, prosecutors, probation)
- Respond to referral inquiries and update agencies on client status
- Assist with printing, organizing files, and other office tasks necessary to maintain AIP functionality
- Provide back-up support to other team members as needed
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in case management, program coordination, or related administrative role
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software and data tracking systems
- Cultural humility and ability to engage diverse populations with respect and professionalism
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Experience working with domestic violence programs, criminal justice systems, or behavioral intervention programs
- Experience using client management systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Compensation & Terms
- $25–$30 per hour, commensurate with education and experience
- Part-time (W-2)
- This position does not include benefits
