Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Outside Sales Representative based in Jackson,MI. The responsibilities include driving new business development, conducting sales presentations, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing outstanding customer service. The representative will play a key role in identifying prospects, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with the company's offerings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Presentations and the ability to effectively pitch products and services
- Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to ensure long-term client satisfaction
- Advanced Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams effectively
- Experience in New Business Development, including lead generation and converting prospects into customers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
