Project Executive – Lead Strategic Projects at Dome Construction

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary client representative, building trust and ensuring project success.
Oversee project teams, providing mentorship, training, and resource allocation.
Manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
Lead client feedback initiatives and implement continuous improvement measures.
Drive business development efforts, industry networking, and proposal strategies.

What We’re Looking For

10 years of construction management experience, with proven leadership in complex projects.
6 years of direct client engagement for business development and preconstruction services.
Strong knowledge of local construction industry professionals and market trends.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Range

$260,000 - $280,000 USD

The job duties for this position [will/may] entail assignment at a customer worksite where the customer has a requirement that all Dome’s personnel must be vaccinated to enter the worksite, and the customer’s policy has no exemptions.
