- 10 years of construction management experience, with proven leadership in complex projects.
- 6 years of direct client engagement for business development and preconstruction services.
- Strong knowledge of local construction industry professionals and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
