The Office Manager oversees day-to-day operations and serves as the central coordination point across all departments, ensuring smooth workflows, clear communication, and consistent execution. This role supports leadership by maintaining operational readiness, strong systems, and cross-team alignment.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office, showroom, and warehouse readiness and staff coordination
- Manage reception, communications, vendor interactions, and facility needs
- Support people operations including onboarding, scheduling, PTO tracking, and team culture
- Oversee operational systems and workflows across · Monday.com, Slack, SharePoint/OneDrive, ShipStation, AfterShip, Cardknox, Klaviyo, and related tools.
- Coordinate software adoption, automation initiatives, and system improvements
- Monitor customer service standards, escalations, and policy consistency
- Align marketing initiatives, launches, and seasonal calendars across departments
- Maintain cross-department communication, documentation, and workflow efficiency
- Oversee corporate, designer, and custom order coordination
- Support warehouse operations including logistics, pickups, and exception handling
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
