About the Role

As a Guest Relations Associate, you are the welcoming heart of our Visitor Center. You’ll set the tone for each guest’s experience from the moment they arrive, balancing warmth, organization, and grace while orchestrating the flow of reservations, walk-ins, and seating. Think concierge-level hospitality with a bubbly twist, where every interaction reflects the elegance, energy, and excellence of our sparkling wine brand. We have two roles available with the following schedule:

• 1st role = Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday, 9:45a-5:30pm
• 2nd role = Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, 9:45a-5:30pm

What You’ll Do

• Greet every guest with poise, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm, creating a memorable first impression
• Share our story, wine service experience, and Visitor Center layout with confidence and charm
• Manage guest flow, seating rotations, and table availability to ensure a seamless experience
• Utilize reservation and table management software to keep service running smoothly
• Partner closely with Servers and leadership to balance seating, staffing, and break schedules
• Monitor seating and greeting times, stepping in or escalating support when needed
• Assist with reservations, phone inquiries, confirmations, and last-minute guest needs
• Communicate delays or availability changes with tact, empathy, and professionalism
• Keep the concierge station, menus, tasting mats, and guest areas polished and guest-ready
• Support the overall rhythm of the Visitor Center with flexibility and teamwork

What You Bring

• At least 6 months of experience in a host, concierge, or customer-facing role within luxury or high-volume hospitality
• Comfort using reservation systems and intermediate computer skills
• Strong multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• A calm, solutions-oriented mindset even when the pace picks up
• Excellent communication skills and a naturally gracious demeanor
• The ability to handle sensitive or emotional guest situations with empathy and professionalism
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
• A polished, professional appearance aligned with our brand standards
• Wine knowledge or familiarity with Napa/Sonoma is a plus (and a great conversation starter!)
• Willingness to complete and maintain Responsible Beverage Service certification (must at least 21 years of age)
