Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Site Superintendent role based in Greensboro, NC. The Site Superintendent will oversee daily operations at construction sites, coordinate subcontractors and trades, ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, and maintain adherence to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing site logistics, facilitating clear communication among stakeholders, monitoring progress, and resolving on-site challenges efficiently. The Site Superintendent will play a critical role in upholding the company's reputation for delivering high-quality, cutting-edge data center projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction site management, project scheduling, and overseeing daily operations
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, construction drawings, and technical documents
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and best practices in construction
- Effective leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar tools) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
