What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers and field techs
- Manage the daily schedule and keep operations on track
- Help convert customer inquiries into booked jobs
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in CSR and/or dispatching (home services preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with a positive, solution-focused mindset
- Reliable and able to take ownership of your role
