What are the responsibilities and job description for the Downtown Dock Rep/Dispatcher position at Dolphin Tours LLC?
Our dock reps are the face of the company. They are the first person our guests see when they get to our meeting location, and it is important they maintain an enthusiastic attitude. We want all our guests to feel taken care of from the start of the tour to the end of the tour.
This position is in charge of communicating with our Auke Bay base, and checking in our passengers before showing them to the correct bus.
It is important to maintain an accurate count while dealing with a large group of people.
We may also have you stationed at the glacier to help guide our guests while they are there.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
