Location: 2245 W State St, Olean, NY 14760
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 5 × 8 Hour Mid Shift
Pay Range: $45/hr to $50/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report any changes to the supervising Registered Nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment for residents and staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active New York Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/RN) License.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) nursing experience.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
