Administrative Assistant
Salary Range: $21-$23 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Locations: 355 East 184th Street Bronx NY 10458
Dolphin Property Services is a real estate property management company specializing in affordable housing properties. We are a growing NY based Property Management firm looking for Administrative Assistant to assist with the smooth and efficient operation of our property.
Summary/Objective:
The Administrative Assistant provides office support, assists with the day-to-day management, and interacts with residents to help answer questions and address any unmet needs.
Essential function/Responsibilities: duties include but are not limited to the following
- Answer phones and greet clients
- Enter applications on Mitchell lama automated waitlist
- Send out waitlist letters and update Mitchell Lama automated waitlist
- Process rent payments
- Draft household composition letters
- Create, update and close work orders
- Filing and supply organization
- Scan termination, HAP share change letters, etc. as attachments to resident profile in Yardi
- Schedule special extermination services (search and seals, bedbugs, etc.)
- Schedule move in interview appointments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are a plus
