Job Summary
Dolphin Rehab Center is a Company with more than 15 years of experience in the industry, recently we acquire a TMS equipment, and we need a Psychiatric to do Mapping and Remapping for Private Insurances like Oscar Health o Molina Health care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments, including patient history and mental status examinations.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and institutional policies
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
- Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient psychiatric settings, with familiarity in managing acute and chronic mental health conditions
- Knowledge of psychotropic medications, including psychopharmacology principles and medication management protocols
- Strong understanding of behavioral health assessment tools, diagnostic criteria, and treatment modalities

Pay: $108,719.08 - $130,930.50 per year
