Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and floor management
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
- Lead and coach front-of-house staff
- Assist with training, scheduling, and team development
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational flow
- Support sales initiatives, promotions, and upselling strategies
- Work closely with culinary and hotel leadership teams
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications:What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership presence and ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in upscale dining, steakhouse, hotel, or high-volume restaurant operations preferred
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Ability to motivate staff while maintaining accountability and standards
- Understanding of food, beverage, wine, and service fundamentals
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Experience with scheduling, labor control, inventory, and daily operations preferred
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
