What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping House Person position at Dolphin Hotel Management - River Street Inn?
The Evening House Person / Room Attendant at River Street Inn will play a crucial role in ensuring our hotel service goals are achieved and that the guest experience is the highest level of hospitality from the moment they arrive. Working closely with the Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager, this position oversees the public areas cleanliness and guest room requests for the hotel. Exceptional attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and passion for providing a clean and welcoming environment to all of our guests will be essential to the success of this role.

o All office spaces
o All stairwells

2. Guest Service Excellence:
- Ensure that all guests receive a warm and personalized interaction, when servicing guest rooms and public areas.
- Monitor all public areas consistently throughout shift for cleanliness and service item replenishment.
- Work will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning glass, restocking, toilet and sink cleaning, trash removal.
- Public areas include:
o First floor lobby
o Second floor fitness center
o Second floor restroom
o Second floor porch
o Fourth floor main lobby
o Fourth floor second lobby
o Fifth floor library
o All elevators and elevator landings
o All guest corridors
o All entry/exits doors
o All office spaces
o All stairwells
- Removal of trash to dumpster from all public areas in the hotel, except restaurants.
- Deliver guest room amenity requests in a timely and professional manner, including towels, coffee supplies, amenity kits, pillows, blankets, etc.
- Deliver rollaway requests to guest rooms and make rollaway beds in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with guest luggage delivery as needed
