What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resort Guest Service Agent position at Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa?
Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa is searching for the perfect candidate to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. We are looking for someone who is interested in long-term employment with room for growth opportunities.
Full-time (30 hours/week)
Day & Evening shifts (example: 7am-3pm, 3pm–11, 12pm-8pm)
Weekends and holidays required
We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and professional individuals who work well with others and have a flexible schedule.

Front Desk Agents at Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa wear many hats. They work closely with the Front Office Manager, the Bellman/Valet team as well as the Night Auditors. They are responsible for booking reservations, checking guest in and out, answering phones, concierge requests, and most importantly, ensuring we uphold our five star standards at all times.
