You will assist with case preparation, document management, legal research, and client communication. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.Responsibilities:Prepare and organize legal documents, motions, and correspondence. Conduct research on case law and legal precedents. Maintain case files and ensure all deadlines are met. Assist attorneys with client meetings, court filings, and trial preparation. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed.Requirements:Associate’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred. Previous experience in a law firm or legal setting is an advantage. Strong organizational, communication, and research skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
