Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Youth Program Director, the Youth Program Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of youth programming. This role is responsible for managing Youth Organizers across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and advancing civic engagement and social justice initiatives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise, coach, and support Youth Organizers across multiple regions.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor program activities and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and grant requirements.
• Support strategic and operational planning and integrate youth programming across departments.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
• Lead youth recruitment and retention strategies.
• Oversee data collection and reporting to evaluate program impact.
• Support development and implementation of youth curriculum.
• Identify and escalate program challenges and recommend solutions.
• Contribute to fundraising, GOTV, and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum three (3) years of management experience in youth programming, community organizing, or related field. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strategic thinking and program management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Salary : $70,304 - $79,127
