Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while serving a variety of beverages and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist in catering events as required, providing beverage service to guests in various settings.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Utilize time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to help guests feel welcome and valued.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
