What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at Dolly Partons Stampede Branson?
AREA MARKETING
- Develop and execute plans for in-market marketing and advertising objectives as approved by the Vice President of Marketing.
- Manage and coordinate the in-market intercept program for area businesses.
- Plan and execute activities to keep Dolly Parton's Stampede top of mind with positive word of mouth through area relationships.
- Maintain and track approved budgets.
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with area hotel / motel operators and attractions managers for both tourist and group sales opportunities.
- Coordinate area marketing materials ordering with other Marketing Managers and with approval from the Vice President of Marketing.
- Manage inventory and usage of area marketing materials in-house and at partner businesses.
- Work with area marketing employees to track, evaluate, and maintain all area voucher ticket sales.
- Oversee marketing vehicle maintenance.
- Effective leader and participant in the community.
- Create and manage area marketing calendar of events, special deliveries, seasonal materials changeovers, and welcome center visits.
- Drive billboards quarterly and coordinate repairs, replacement graphics, Christmas / Regular season creative changeovers, and evaluate new placements and / or replacements as they become available.
