World Choice Investments LLC is a leader in the entertainment industry with locations in Pigeon Forge, TN, Branson, MO and Myrtle Beach, SC. The Dolly Parton's Stampede dinner and show located in Pigeon Forge TN is seeking an individual to join our accounting team as the Accounts payable clerk.

- Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs.
- Accurately processing vendor invoices for payment in a timely manner.
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.
- Prepares period end reports for Accounting Manager as required.
- Responsible for the researching and processing of charge backs.
- Responsible for credit card expense reports and balancing monthly credit card charges.
- Minimum of 1-year basic bookkeeping/accounting experience required.
- Ability to independently handle multiple priorities and projects.
- Experienced knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing tools, and accounting programs.
- Able to work well independently, yet also able to work as a team member.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Available Monday through Friday - day shift - 8 hours
