Responsibilities
Serve meals and beverages to guests efficiently and accurately during live performances
Provide friendly, high-energy customer service in an entertainment setting
Work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Maintain cleanliness of assigned sections before, during, and after service
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, timely service
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist guests with questions, seating needs, and special requests
Requirements
Previous entertainment or high-volume serving experience preferred
Must be able to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Qualification Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Must obtain a valid Missouri state ServSafe Food Handler's Permit, and SmartMO before 1st Shift
- Education requirements include high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands:
- Continuous walking on level ground as well as up and down steps.
- Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.
- Frequent lifting and carrying of trays with beverages, food and used dishes.
