Our gift shop plays an important role in helping guests remember their visit, offering a variety of fun and themed merchandise for all ages. We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Gift Shop Attendant to join our team and contribute to the overall guest experience.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter the gift shop, provide information of the offered products.
- Operate a POS system to complete accurate transactions, including the collection of payment.
- Tag, stock, and organize merchandise in gift shop accordingly.
- Be prepared to answer questions related to the performance.
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed in the gift shop and entrance area.
Qualification Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Education requirements include high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands:
- Continuous standing and walking on level ground as well as up and down steps.
- Continuous hearing at a conversational level and at a high acuity level.
- Occasional exposure to changes in temperature and humidity.
