What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media and Marketing Manager position at Dolls Tavern?
Dolls Tavern is hiring a Social Media & Growth Manager to drive real customers into the bar.
This is not a “post and hope” role.
Your job is to:
- Increase foot traffic
- Increase alcohol sales
- Grow a real local following that actually shows up
If you care more about likes than people walking through the door, don’t apply.
Responsibilities:
- Create and post high-converting short-form content (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Film real bar energy (crowds, drinks, atmosphere, events)
- Promote weekly specials and events that get people in the door
- Launch offer-based campaigns (ladies night, drink specials, giveaways, etc.)
- Engage with followers and convert them into customers
- Grow local audience across all platforms (not random followers, local)
- Increase social media following
Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable):
- 3–5 short-form videos per week
- Weekly promotions that drive measurable foot traffic
- Growth in: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok
- In-bar traffic during promoted times
- Alcohol sales on campaign nights
- Local followers (not bots, not random countries)
Compensation Structure:
- Base $15–$25/hour (Including Performance bonuses)
- Bonuses based on:
- Event Turn Out
- Growth of local, engaged followers
- Revenue Increased on promoted Nights
If you can’t produce results, you won’t last in this role.
Requirements:
- Experience creating short-form content (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
- Comfortable filming in a live bar environment
- Knows how to create content that gets attention locally
- Basic editing skills (CapCut or similar)
- Must be consistent, reliable, and execution-focused
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
