engagement, conversion, and livestream growth across platforms including Whatnot and TikTok

Live.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The Live Sales Auctioneer plays a critical role in driving sales performance, customer engagement, bidding activity, and livestream momentum during live shopping events. This position is responsible for monitoring show pacing, auction flow, audience interaction, pricing strategy, and conversion opportunities in real time while maintaining a high-energy customer

experience.

The ideal candidate understands the balance between entertainment and business performance, someone who can drive urgency, maximize sell-through, maintain audience retention, and support overall show profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead live auction segments during livestream shopping events
• Drive customer engagement, bidding participation, and conversion throughout shows
• Maintain strong pacing and urgency to support revenue and sales goals
• Communicate pricing, promotions, markdowns, bundle opportunities, and auction timing

Qualifications

• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• High-energy personality with confidence in fast-paced live environments
• Strong understanding of customer engagement and sales-driven communication
• Ability to multitask, think quickly, and maintain composure under pressure
• Experience in sales, retail, hosting, livestreaming, entertainment, auctioneering, or social
