We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Therapy Assistant to support our healthcare team in providing exceptional patient care. This role involves assisting chiropractors with patient assessments, managing therapies, reviewing exercises with patients, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Assist chiropractors with patient assessments, including vital signs and examinations
- Setting patients up on therapies such as muscle stimulation, and Ultrasound
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for therapy sessions, maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Explain procedures to patients and answer basic questions related to treatments and therapies
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and progress notes
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient files
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards
- Prior experience in healthcare or medical assisting is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology is advantageous
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
- Experience with patient assessment techniques and intake procedures is a plus
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and documentation
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 38 per week
