The Import Specialist will oversee and assist in the handling/processing of daily import paperwork as assigned, Handle arrival notices and trucking invoices, Track containers, Communicate with customers via phone or email, and Data Entry
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 2-5 years experience required
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid customer service skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
