As a Loan Processor, you'll help customers meet their short-term financial needs. You will review applications, verify information, and fund the loan! You'll help customers every step of the way, whether it's taking payments, answering questions, or calling on past-due accounts with solutions and professionalism. It's an important, customer-facing position that requires the right person, and that could be you!What You'll DoOffer Stellar Customer ServiceGreet every customer with a smile and enthusiasm, whether in-person or over the phone.Explain the reasons for borrowing from Dollar Loan Center and why we're the best in the business to customers inquiring. Dive into loan applications, ensuring all info is accurate and completely clarified.Process loans quickly while sticking to our underwriting guidelines.Break down loan contracts to customers, making sure they know the ins and outs.Spot opportunities to approve loans and offer credit limit increases qualifying customers.Make marketing and informational calls to current customers informing them of how much they have available and other products available. Reach out to past-due accounts with timely, professional, and courteous calls.Log clear, concise notes with accurate promise dates in our system.Calculate payments like a math wizard and answer questions about due dates, interest, and more.Enter data into our system with precision and keep the office running smoothly.Other Fun StuffSafeguard customer info like it's treasure.Keep the drawers balances and all money is accounted for.Open and close locations with your trusty key.Keep the office sparkling clean and organized.Step up to cover other locations when needed.What You Bring to the teamHigh school diploma or GED-check!One year of customer service experience to show off your people skills.Comfortable with computers and basic office equipment.Killer communication skills (English/Spanish bilingual is a bonus!).Cash handling, lending, or collections experience?
