- Supervise and motivate team members to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies
- Conduct interviewing and recruiting of new staff to build a strong team
- Handle purchasing decisions and coordinate with vendors for inventory procurement
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
