Role Description This full-time, on-site Store Manager role is located in Union City, PA. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store standards. This role leads and develops store associates through scheduling, training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure a positive and efficient work environment. The Store Manager monitors sales goals, controls expenses, and implements loss prevention practices to support profitability. In addition, this role ensures an excellent customer experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and promoting a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment in line with Dollar General policies and values.
