The Store Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently, focusing on achieving sales goals, maintaining high customer service standards, and managing staff. Responsibilities include performing inventory management, developing and inspiring the store team, implementing company policies, and ensuring retail safety and loss prevention. Additionally, the Store Manager will actively work to drive customer satisfaction and foster a welcoming store environment.

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to drive successful operations and protect company assets
- Effective Communication skills to lead teams, foster collaboration, and engage successfully with customers and employees
- Proven ability to meet sales goals, manage inventory, and implement business policies
- Organizational and leadership skills to inspire and guide team performance
- Experience in a retail environment or related field is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus
