Role Description The Store Manager Candidate role is a full-time, on-site position located in Midland, TX. In this role, the individual will learn and perform daily store operations, including supervising team members, ensuring shelves are stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and overseeing cash handling procedures. The position involves driving customer satisfaction through attentive service, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The Store Manager Candidate will support sales and profit goals by implementing merchandising plans, monitoring inventory, and assisting with scheduling and labor management.
