- Store Management experience, including supervising staff, coordinating day-to-day operations, and driving sales and performance results.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring shrink, ensuring proper cash handling, and promoting compliance with store policies.
- Previous retail leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume or discount retail environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and perform essential physical tasks of store operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or management training is a plus.
