Role Description

The Retail District Manager will oversee multiple store locations, ensuring operational excellence, driving sales, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Responsibilities include leading and developing store teams, managing daily store operations, executing company strategies, and ensuring each store meets its financial goals. This role involves significant travel within the district to monitor and support store performance.
