General Summary:
Responsible for all aspects of mail and print workflow as it pertains to Store Support Center processes, including leadership of designated DR team. Manage ordering, maintenance and invoicing of Document Resources mailing and printing equipment, and SSC office supplies. Collaborate with internal and external business partners to enhance business practices and maintain efficient operations.
Job Details
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in & assign daily responsibilities to document resource clerks and supervise workflow, providing training to employees on proper mail & print procedures as necessary. § § Manage ordering, inventory and invoicing of supplies, postage, & equipment.
- Maintain reporting and volumes on all mail & print processes, providing reports to leadership on a monthly basis.
- Contribute to department process improvements by obtaining feedback from direct reports and making recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Participate in leadership meetings to plan & implement process improvements.
- Manage team member related issues including performance reviews, corrective action, time off.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
- Knowledge of payment and auditing process and procedures.
- Ability to work with excel.
- Ability to perform invoice level analysis and audits.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task and effectively prioritize.
Qualifications
Work Experience&/or Education:
- High School diploma and/or 3 years’ experience in corporate environment required.
- Preferred at least one year of previous supervisory experience.
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs daily & Valid driver’s license required.
