Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Winchester, KY, for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring merchandise is stocked and displayed effectively, supervising and supporting team members, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include handling inventory, maintaining operational standards, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving business goals and driving store performance.
