Jot Title: Commercial HVAC Installer
Work Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime
Compensation: Up to $43.00 per hour, depending on experience
What you will be doing:
- Installing commercial heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Boiler and Chiller installations
- Sheet metal fabrication
- Excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 3 years of Commercial retrofit Installation
- Chiller and boiler installation experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA Certification or acquire during employment
- Sheet metal fabrication experience for on-site transitions
- Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems, spiral, flex etc.
- Proficient in installing Gas Pips, Refrigeration Pipe etc.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Configuring controls
- Experience with HVAC low voltage systems - wiring up equipment
- Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner
Qualifications desired:
- Certification of completion from an HVAC technical school / 2-year degree
- ST. Louis county Journeyman License
- Willingness to continue education in specialty HVAC equipment needed
- Daikin and / or Mitsubishi VRF/VRV Certified
- Walk-in cooler experience
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Salary : $28 - $43
