Duties

• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in phone call management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with other data entry programs
• Excellent communication skills with a great phone personality and ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
• Organizational skills with keen attention to detail for data entry accuracy and record keeping.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
