About the Role: We are looking for a Guest Experience Lead to step into a hands-on front-of-house role, with the opportunity to grow into a long-term position based on fit and performance. This role is best suited for someone who naturally stays busy, anticipates needs, and takes initiative without waiting to be directed. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in keeping the salon organized, efficient, and running smoothly.
This role is also responsible for leading the daily guest experience at the front desk while supporting retail, inventory awareness, and overall salon flow.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Taking ownership of the front desk environment and overall guest flow throughout the day
- Creating a warm, polished, and professional guest experience from arrival to checkout
- Managing appointments, phones, and guest communication through our POS booking system. (Meevo)
- Executing accurate check-in/check-out and daily closeout procedures
- Supporting salon flow by keeping the team on time and organized throughout the day
- Maintaining clean, elevated front desk and retail displays
- Confidently recommending services, promotions, and products based on guest needs to support salon sales goals
Retail & Inventory Support
- Maintain awareness of retail and backbar inventory levels
- Communicate when products are running low or need to be reordered
- Support retail merchandising and product displays
- Understand basic product benefits to confidently recommend to guests
- Help support retail sales goals through guest conversations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality environment
- Strong organization and ability to multitask
- Confident, professional communication skills
- Comfortable with sales conversations and recommending products/services
- Experience with POS systems (Meevo a plus)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Someone who takes pride in staying productive, noticing what needs to be done, and supporting the team and improves guest experience without being asked.
- Polished appearance aligned with a luxury brand
Bonus Skills:
- Inventory or ordering experience
- Familiarity with Google Drive, spreadsheets, or booking systems
- Basic understanding of professional haircare products
