Dolce Vida Med Spa is looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our practice. Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide a warm, welcoming experience
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Check patients in and out
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Recommend and sell professional skincare products and treatment packages
- Assist with inventory and retail displays
- Coordinate provider schedules and help keep the day running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organized front office
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting patient relationships
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a medical spa or aesthetic practice is required
- Experience with Daysmart Spa, TouchMD, or similar med spa software preferred
- Strong sales ability with skincare and treatment recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and scheduling software
- Proven experience in a medical office setting or healthcare environment with strong clerical skills.
