WE’RE HIRING!
We are looking for a full-time, long-term Salon Receptionist who has a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service.

Dolce Salon is a luxury, full-service hair salon and spa who is passionately unified as a community and committed everyday to lead each customer to their total beauty with positive healing and caring energy. Dolce is a 5-star salon in West Lake Hills in Austin, Texas that has been in business for 18 years.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present a professional appearance.
- Use Phorest, our salon software, to schedule appointments, check client details, and assist stylists as needed.
- Operate our phone line and email to answer incoming telephone calls and messages. Schedule appointments and answer questions about our business and provide callers with address, directions, and other information.
- Maintain salon cleanliness by doing laundry, cleaning the various rooms throughout the salon, and making sure the front retail space and reception area is clean and organized.
- Take before and after photos of clients’ hair and send key details to our Operations Director for social media posting.
- Open and close the salon with high integrity.
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS
- Two (2) or more years of experience in customer service
- Must have computer experience
- Available to work Tuesday - Friday from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Passionate about hospitality and customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be reliable and have a track record of being on time
- Loyal, honest, and genuine in the work that you do
- Willingness to work as part of a team
