MISSION
- Provide impeccable service to our clients and be a true ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Dolce & Gabbana expectations.
- Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations, ensuring smooth execution of the sales ceremony.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and communicate the brand’s heritage and values.
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and use of clientele tools.
- Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating (CRM), to build and retain relationships with our current clients and identify potential clients.
- Support merchandising, shop floor maintenance, and visual presentation standards. Oversee the organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives.
- Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.
- 3 years of Luxury Retail Sales Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in Women’s and Men’s RTW
