Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our medical spa healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care, efficient bed-side manor, and will possess a strong understanding of nursing practices. This role involves working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for administering treatments, monitoring patient progress, and clinical technique proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Administer cosmetic injectables (Neurotoxins & Dermal Fillers)
- Administer injections and IV medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide comprehensive aesthetic patient care in the clinic.
- Conduct assessments and monitor vital signs to evaluate patient conditions and symptoms.
- Utilize all training provided by the practice.
- Perform all medical aesthetics & injectables with the proper pre-op and post-op care for all clients as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Support patients with disabilities by adapting care approaches to meet their unique needs.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience administering cosmetic injections and IV insertion is preferred
- Mandatory certifications in cosmetic injectables (neurotoxins & derma fillers)
- Previous experience, trainings, and certifications in aesthetics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and support.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
