This role focuses on tracking aging units, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating vehicle movement, and preparing vehicles for disposition through wholesale channels. This position plays a key role in reducing inventory aging, improving lot efficiency, and supporting overall used car profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Monitor and track aged used vehicle inventory across all dealership locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including aging status, location, condition, and readiness.
- Conduct regular physical inventories of aged units to ensure system accuracy.
- Identify units designated for wholesale based on aging guidelines and management direction.
- Coordinate the preparation of vehicles for wholesale (documentation, condition reporting, photos, etc.).
- Manage the process of sending vehicles to auction or other wholesale markets.
- Work closely with the Used Car Manager, Sales Managers, Reconditioning Department, and Accounting to ensure timely disposition.
- Assist with vehicle movement between lots when needed to optimize inventory placement.
- Generate and distribute inventory aging and wholesale status reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external auction/wholesale requirements.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce aged inventory levels.
- Communicate between Sales, Service, Parts, and Accounting departments across all dealerships.

- Strong work ethic and vehicle knowledge/aptitudes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
Physical Demands:
Physical demands include, but are not limited to:
