Dolan Auto Group Custodian

Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Porter to make sure our facilities look neat, clean and presentable to the public. They help uphold the image of facilities by performing basic maintenance tasks including trash removal, maintenance support and restroom restocks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ensure facilities and public spaces are kept clean and stocked throughout the day.
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming public spaces, showrooms, and offices.
• Empty trash in public spaces, showrooms, offices, and parking garages.
• Maintaining stock of cleaning supplies and reporting when low.
• Report damages to the Maintenance Team for repairs.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented.

Physical Demands:

Physical demands include, but are not limited to:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Repetitive body movement such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast paced walking and light jogging when necessary.
• Lifting or moving up to 50 pounds without assistance at various times.
• Exposure to weather, where extreme temperature ranges may be encountered.
