Office Manager – Dental Practice

We are a modern, patient-centered dental practice looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead our team and support our continued growth. This role oversees daily operations, staff management, financial systems, and patient experience. We’re seeking someone who is organized, confident, empathetic, and able to create a high-performance culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesPractice Operations
- Oversee day-to-day workflow to ensure an efficient, patient-focused environment.
- Manage schedules, patient flow, and practice management software.
- Oversee billing, insurance processing, and collections.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal policies.
- Monitor facility cleanliness, equipment needs, and inventory.
Staff Leadership & HR
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train staff.
- Maintain a positive, professional team environment based on accountability.
- Manage staffing levels, schedules, and time-off requests.
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching.
- Coordinate ongoing training and CE opportunities.
Financial & Business Management
- Monitor production/collections reports and key practice metrics.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Evaluate systems and recommend improvements to support growth.
Patient Experience & Marketing
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve concerns promptly.
- Support new patient acquisition, recare systems, and patient retention.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach.
Requirements
- 2 years of dental management experience preferred (medical/healthcare management acceptable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with dental practice software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high professionalism.
- College degree preferred
