Custom Truck Accessories in Reno is hiring a full-time Leather / Upholstery Installer to join our growing team. The primary work is Katzkin leather kit installations on customer vehicles. A portion of those installs will be done on-site at dealerships or at customer locations using our fully equipped mobile install van. Beyond Katzkin work, we're also looking for someone who can handle general automotive upholstery to support reconditioning work for our auto group. The right person is efficient, takes pride in clean installs, and can manage their own workload with minimal supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Install Katzkin leather seat kits on a variety of vehicle makes and models

Perform mobile installs at dealership/customer locations using our outfitted install van

Complete general automotive upholstery work including recon and refurbishment projects for our auto group

Maintain a clean, organized work area and care for tools and equipment

Inspect finished work before returning vehicles to customers or dealership partners

Communicate job status and any issues to your manager
Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly with guaranteed 40-hour weekly pay

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications

Overtime available based on workload

Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday

Prior hands-on experience with automotive seat disassembly and reassembly

Katzkin installation experience is ideal

General upholstery skills are a significant plus

Able to work independently and manage time well, since you will often be running jobs on your own schedule

Clean driving record (required for mobile work)

Attention to detail and a standard quality in finished work
