Custom Truck Accessories in Reno is hiring a full-time Installer Technician to join our growing team. Our installers are the core of our business, delivering high-quality, professional installations of aftermarket parts and accessories. This role is hands-on in the shop, with a strong focus on precision, safety, and craftsmanship. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Professionally install a wide range of truck and RV aftermarket accessories, including shells, nerf bars, wheels/tires, suspension & lift kits, lighting, racks, bed liners, wiring, and performance parts

Follow proper procedures to ensure safe, clean, and consistent installations

Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges quickly and effectively

Partner with sales staff to review work orders and ensure accuracy before starting jobs

Communicate clearly with team members to keep jobs on track and customers updated

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Support and uphold a positive shop culture of respect, teamwork, and pride in work
Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly base pay equivalent to $55,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience and performance

Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday

Prior experience as an aftermarket installer or in a related automotive role is required

Own a core set of automotive tools (company provides specialty tools as needed)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
